My name is Tracy, and after countless inspiring meals, many refreshing (and alcohol-free!) sips, and more than a few spontaneous AND long-planned adventure trips, I finally decided it was time to share this journey with you. You might know a bit about my personal story or the mission of Coastal Curious, but today marks the thrilling moment when the vision truly comes to life.

This blog is my invitation to you to explore a life where 'feeling your best' is the daily mantra.
